Brief Synopsis of the Story of Red Hill
(title to be changed!)
This story is based loosely on the legend of Sang Nila Utama and the Legend of Red Hill. It traces the mystery behind Sang Nila’s Utama’s crown and its disappearance into the seas. In the pursuit of truth, we are thrown into the mythical world of the four spirits, guardians of the four kingdoms, Sea, Air, Earth and Fire. The sea kingdom is under the threat of a cruel king with an insatiable appetite for riches. In a bid to save their kingdom, a misunderstanding causes the swordfish to launch an attack on Man, culminating into an epic battle between Man and Sea.
All seems lost if not for the intervention of Nadim, a poor village boy. Armed with his wit and foresight, he was able to stop the marauding swordfish and bring peace and balance to the kingdoms. Unfortunately, jealousy and corruption runs deep in the throes of the Kings counsels. Fearing the intelligence of the young prodigy, they plotted together to get rid of Nadim forever.
Will they succeed in their evil plot? Can the kingdom be saved from the clutches of the King’s counsels? Or will the city fall before the invincible, unseen army that hails from the watery depths of the ocean? Take this journey with us and watch the legend unfold before you …
